Avocados from Mexico

If you have followed along with me on Instagram for any time now, you know that I am a big fan of smoothie bowls. I love them! There are so many possibilities when it comes to taste and flavors and there really is no wrong way to make them. These days, I try to pack my bowls with foods that are going to fuel me and help me feel my best. Today, I am teaming up with Avocados From Mexico to share a fresh and nutritious Latin-themed Avocado and Mango Breakfast Bowl. This bowl has all of the latino flavors that I grew up eating as a kid, like mango and guava! It’s also light, bright, and delicious… perfect for the warmer weather that’s headed our way!

I love adding Avocados From Mexico to my breakfast bowls because it adds good fats, good nutrients, a creamy consistency and because they are always fresh and always delicious.

2 cups fresh spinach

2 cups fresh kale

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1/2 a granny smith apple

1/2 ripe banana

1/3 cup of grapes

1/2 Avocado From Mexico

1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks


Chia seeds

Coconut chips

Guava paste

Mango chunks

Sliced bananas



Blend all of the bowl ingredients in a high-power blender until well combined. Serve in a bowl and top with desired toppings.
