But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” Galatians 5:22-23

We (Alex and I included) are currently working on our character traits. We are hoping to teach Grace, and remind ourselves that we should strive to glorify Christ through our attitude/ personality and by living out the fruits of the spirit, we are able to show others Christ’s love.

I have been looking for printouts that we can hang on Gracies wall, but most fruit of the spirit prints are big fruit bowls and although very crafty, they are not decor friendly.

These fruit of the spirit FREE printable will hang on Grace’s wall as a daily reminder for all of us that our character should always point back to Christ. This week, we are working on showing LOVE towards each other (because you know… Valentines)

If you’re anything like me and hanging a fruit bowl on your wall is not your idea of the good decor, you can print your fruit of the spirit FREE printable

A daily reminder for all of us that our character should always point back to Christ.

Also while learning about the fruit of the Spirit we are focusing on a few memory verses:

Love: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another” John 13:34

Joy: “The joy of the Lord is my strength” Nehemiah 8:10

Peace: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7

Patience: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love”  Ephesians 4:2

Kindness: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you” Ephesians 4:32

Goodness: “So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10

Faithfulness: But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” Psalm 86:15

Self-Control: “Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control” Proverbs 25:28

Hopefully these can help you and your littles work at having a Christlike attitude.
