HOMEWORKOUTS WITH KIDS

One of my 2017 goals is to exercise every day for at least 15 minutes a day.  I know it’s not much but I’m more excited about being consistent than getting an amazing workout.  I’ve worked out at home for years but these days home workouts have gotten crazy hard. Take a look at all of the maneuvering I have to do just to find carpet space. This morning I started my usual exercise routine and I thought it would be fun to record what I go through.  Here’s the deal.  This video is hilarious to me.  It reminds me of how crazy this season is right now and how stinking cute these kids are (check out Grace’s moves).  Working out at home is the only way I can squeeze in a workout considering I have no babysitter or gym membership and the truth is that I think it’s more important right now to have my kids see their mama working hard at staying healthy in between all the cake eating and pasta making. Anyway… I can see us doing this for years to come.
