school is over for the next few weeks christmas is in full swing at the gonzalez house. we’ve had our tree up for some time now, but just this week we got around to decorating and making the house more festive. our halls are usually decked out by thanksgiving but unfortunately, nursing school is no respecter of holidays. whatever the case… christmas is here… bringing good cheer to young and old meek and the bold (ha!)
this year we’re starting a new tradition: 12 dates of christmas
we’re always working on being more purposeful about our time together so… be it a mommy-daddy date or a family date… we’re attempting to squeeze 12 of them in before christmas (i’d love to have 25 dates of christmas but who am i kidding 12 is pushing it!)
we started off setting the bar really high with a DISNEY WORLD family date (along with both sets of grandparents, two uncles and an aunt) it might be a little hard to top this date but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to meet the man himself!

^^one of the best things about living close to family is that they play a HUGE role in the lives of the little ones. this little girl is blessed to have so much love around her^^
