Last week this sweet little boy turned TWO and we celebrated the grandiose day with a cake the size of our house and lots of Lion Guard! Haddon is such a blessing to our family. He is a sweet and cuddly little guy who loves to “wastle” watch “frozen” and take “bafs.” He says “aww… Emmy cute” and you’ve followed along our IG stories, you’ll know that he’ll do just about anything to smother his sister in kisses.
I may have been a little zealous with this cake. My intentions were to just make one small cake (considering there are only 4 of us) but I made a mistake in the calculations and ended up with a monster of nutella and strawberry goodness. The kids didn’t mind…check out their expressions.
Alex ended up taking most of the cake to work but you better believe I saved some for my “post bedtime mommy snack” It was soooo good guys! I got the recipe from The Pioneer woman!!
Haddon is really into the Lion Guard these days. His grandparents bought him a stuffed animal last time we were at Disney and they sent him figurines in the mail. He really got a kick out of the masks we found at Target and have been playing with them since.
