Fall is finally here and we are so excited about everything that comes with cooler weather and the holidays. With Halloween right around the corner, we teamed up with Chuck E. Cheese to share with you all how they are making sure that families have a safe and fun Halloween.
First off, let’s talk about how much fun Alex and I had at Chuck E. Cheese when we were kids. I was a pro at the shooting games and to this day, Alex is convinced that he held the highest score at the Jurassic Park game. I honestly thought we were going to Chuck E. Cheese for the kids, but after watching Alex play, this was as much for him as it was for our kiddos.
Chuck E. Cheese had fun and whimsical Halloween decorations throughout the arcade. I appreciated that they were fun and playful, and not over the top scary. They also had props around the entire arcade and the team members had cute costumes on. Emory wouldn’t take her eyes off one of the team members who had kitty ears. She thought kitty ears made fun accessories and has been asking me for a pair ever since.
I appreciated how clean the entire place was. There were hand sanitizing stations throughout and signs that helped guests properly socially distance. They also handled the food really well and directed us on how to have a safe experience.
Speaking of food, no Chuck E. Cheese experience is complete without a large peperoni pizza and hot chicken wings. The kids loved sharing a slice with their fun character cups and plates and Alex and I went to town on those hot wings. I appreciated that they offered a few different menu options as well as combinations of items that made the ordering for a large family super simple. They also had discounts on the food that we took advantage of.
Chuck E. Cheese is inviting families to come, play and to have a safe Halloween. The’re stepping up their game in the food department and it’s a great option for families who are looking for a safer option than trick-or-treating.
