These days, we are all looking for ways to boost our immune systems. This is how I make it happen for my family! All of the ingredients together help reduce inflammation, help with gut healing, provide antioxidants, reduce symptoms of depression, reduce congestion, lowers blood sugar, and give me that extra oomph to take on the day!
You can make this in a blender and strain it before you drink it or just zip all of the ingredients through a juicer (don’t forget to save the leftovers to brighten up your garden come spring! – I store mine in the freezer in a ziplock bag)
Y’all I drink this juice almost every day and it not only is it super tasty but it’s so good for you. The kids say it’s like a glass full of sunshine and I couldn’t agree more.

Here’s how I make my Immune boosting ginger turmeric carrot juice 💫
Ingredients
- 1 Red apple
- 3 Sticks of celery
- 1 large lemon
- 2 oranges
- 3 carrots
- 4 oz ginger root
- 4 oz turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions – Pass all of the ingredients (except the pepper) through a high-power juicer. Sprinkle with pepper and serve cold!
The pepper helps in the absorption of turmeric!
I love serving this right away. It feels like sunshine in a glass and it’s so delicious.
