I have hit a blogging wall. I’m having such a hard time putting feelings into words and it seems like every time I get around to it I think to myself “who really cares?” Not a good place to be creatively or otherwise. Hoping to bounce back…
Ale left for a (2 week) business trip and it shook my world a little bit. It reminded me of how much I need him. Not necessarily for the upkeep of our home because things ran quite smoothly, but his presence. My nights were lonely and filled with a to-do list I made for myself to keep my mind off my best friend. Our little lady and I had pajama parties and ice cream dinners to fill our bellies with smiley faces while we waited. We missed him greatly.
He’s back now and I’m sane.
We’re looking forward to some Florida (faux) fall activities and ready for another semester of nursing school to end. In the meantime I hope to get out of this creative funk I’m in.
