PLAYTIME INDOORS AND BEING CREATIVE

These days, it’s all about getting creative with our playtime. We have been spending a lot of time indoors as a family and have found fun ways to enjoy one another’s company. We’ve made up new games, have read a few books, and have become experts at “would you rather?” One thing that never changes is how much fun we actually have together.

We recently ordered a few big items that came in massive packing boxes. Usually, I toss the said boxes but today I brought it into our living room and let the kids have a go-with their Crayola markers.

One moment we were in outer space and the next, we were in a submarine. Emory wanted to make a two-story castle with stairs and doors that would lead up to our second floor. She’s the kind of kid that truly believes she can fly.

I picked up a few of our favorite Crayola products to help fuel our creativity from Target. I grabbed a few crafty tools (and about 34 other things) and let the kids take turns drawing windows and spaceship buttons with Crayola Sidewalk Chalk and Crayola Washable Crayons. We all had such a great time.

I of course, made sure to stock up on Dial® Kids Watery Melon Body & Hair Wash for when play time is over. My kiddos usually end up messy and ready for a bath so I make sure to use a body wash that is tear free, hypoallergenic and helps balance the pH of their skin with no artificial dyes.

The kids now look forward to my online purchases and can’t wait to get their hands on the boxes!

Here’s to playing indoors, to creativity and to products that inspire us!
