It’s not about resolutions this year or a “new me” because to be honest, I’m finally feeling comfortable in my own body and it has nothing to do with my waistline or a number on a scale. It has everything to do with my mind and my desire to bring in things that will edify rather than tear down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s taking a good look at my entertainment choices, my daily habits, and my desire to fuel my body with nutrient-rich meals and show it gratitude rather than bash it with discontentment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m taking it one day at a time and I’m starting with this Rise and shine green juice recipe! It’s the kick in the pants that I need to get me out of bed and ready for the new week.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is a simple juice that is packed with so many nutrients and vitamins. It’s perfect any time of day but having it first thing in the morning wakes me up and really sets the tone for the day. It’s also filling and makes me feel like I’m making good choices for my mind and body.
If you’re in the market for a great juicer, this-one from Breville has been incredible. It’s been one of the best investments we made 4 years ago and it’s still going strong.
