TASTIEST DRY RUB WHOLE 30 CHICKEN WINGS
The chicken wings are so tasty, crispy, cooked in the oven and are whole 30 + Keto. They’re also perfect for a big game, a summer bbq or a long winter night. I love these. They’re so simple to make and always a hit.
These can also be made on the grill on medium high heat, flipping every few minutes to ensure that it cooks through. Should take about 35 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 2lbs chicken wings and drums
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Avocado oil spray
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top of that
- Make the dry rub- add all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix together
- Pat all of the wings dry with paper towel and rub the rub all over the wings, making sure they’re all fully coated.
- Line the season wings on the baking rack and spray with avocado oil
- Bake for 35-40 minutes flipping half way through making sure the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- Broil the wings for 5 minutes until they’re nice and crispy.
- Serve them with my homemade green goddess dressing and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Serve with whole 30 herb ranch or your favorite dressing!
