I am here for all things summer and tropical vibes and there’s something about fresh fruit that makes me feel like I’m laying out in a tropical paradise. I truly love warm weather and I think it brings out the best in me! ha!
This is the fruit tray of all fruit trays. It’s loaded with pineapples, oranges, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries. Not only does this taste like a tropical paradise but the presentation is a crowd pleaser!
So after I shot this video for Instagram, I brought the tray over to our neighbor’s house and we devoured it. I mean not only does it taste great poolside but it looks like a party on a plate.
Something to note, when assembling the tray slice the top of the pineapple for the “topper” but also cut a perpendicular cut on the back so that it can sit on the tray and not roll-off. This makes all the difference!!
